    I chose the fair quality and it was well loved, just the shell, keyboard and touch pad and screen in perfect condition! Original battery, cycle count was a lil high but health of the battery is high, makes sense for original battery! The item came a day earlier than expected! And a new original power supply! Speakers microphone and camera work as intended, I was not quick to pull the trigger, but I’m glad I finally did, I’ll definitely buy again!

    Third time was a charm. My first purchase with a different seller sent (in two days) a beautiful laptop (outside) but the keys were sticky and dusty, and the batter life was at 60% not the at least 85% promised by Back Market. I sent it back for a refund when the seller didn't respond with any options. Everything was quick. Second time, purchase was canceled and refunded next day due to 'inventory' issue, again with a different seller. This time, again sent a laptop in 2 days, from current seller, and everything came as promised! Physical condition, keys, screen, track pad, battery life, everything!

I tried opening a couple windows and ran them all at once with a few tabs opened in each; on different occasions we dealt with a slight delay in processing. It’s a overall a great purchase. Even though I selected the ‘Good’ option, but it looks like new!! This is my second purchase from Back Market and I highly recommend them.     For the price, this thing is amazing. I’m apparently not Tech savvy enough to understand that the latest operating system meant the latest operating system available to that Mac, however I Was able to download older versions of numbers and pages . I have to say I could’ve saved thousands had I taken the plunge years ago. Will definitely purchase again and will definitely buy from these kids to the point where they need their own computers For homework. Completely satisfied!
