    The device is in good working order! It arrived on time. One of the keyboard keys is sticking up, but otherwise a solid used device. I love the idea of refurbished technology and will definitely shop here again.

    Watch arrived in “like new” condition but had a dead battery. I put it on my charger for approximately 30 minutes. Turned it on to find that it was still paired to the last owners iPhone. I was receiving their notifications and text messages. I performed a hard reset and was able to unpair the watch and update it to the latest OS. I paired it to my phone and I’ve been using it now for a few days with zero issues. Bottom line is that it is apparent that the vendor hadn’t tested/repaired the watch prior to shipping it to me. Very irresponsible to ship out a watch that was still paired to someone else’s devices.

    Purchasing purchase was great! Laptop is in good condition overall. However, I am disappointed that one of the USB-C ports isn't working and that it was not stated in the product description when I bought it. I am also disappointed that Customer Service does not want to help with my issue: laptop is good overall so I was asking to see if we could accommodate any sort of rebate/discount without having everyone pay for shipping fees right and left and return the laptop... (which works fine, just not one of the usb-c ports...).

    The MacBook has worked great since I got it. I was disappointed to see that the signs of wear were a little bit heavier than expected based on the description. The "scratches" were closer to deep gashes in the body of the MacBook. The charger it came with is aftermarket and not nearly as high quality as a stock charger. Overall, I would not say I am disappointed because I still feel as though I got what I paid for.

    The MacBook Air indicated it needed service. I contacted BackMarket and was told the seller did not meet their standards with this laptop. I was not aware that BackMarket does not inspect devices before listing them on their website. I will not be purchasing from BackMarket again. Very disappointed.
