    It took a little longer than usual for it to deliver due to the holidays and the bad weather conditions but that was out of their control! Other than that the phone is in amazing shape, almost looks perfect with no scratches of dents. I also loved that the battery was still at 99% health! Definitely will buy from them again.

    The set up instructions provided by Back Market were not useful. Advise phone recipients to download and use any one of the numerous free data transfer and set-up apps instead of trying to follow the instructions provided by Back Market. Otherwise, phone seems to be in excellent working order, battery is holding a charge as it should, USB-C port feels secure and unworn, and the phone looks flawless. It was also helpful (perhaps this is normal in 2025) to receive a charge cord with two male USB-C fittings to allow data transfer by wire between old and new phones in lieu of using WIFI (much faster and much more secure). Time will tell if buying refurbished was a good choice or not, but initially everything seems excellent.

    The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked I bought here is as described and in great condition upon arrival. I activated this phone the same day of receiving it; and I used my own Apple Lightening (connecting to iPhone 14 Pro Max) to USB-C (connecting to this Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked phone) cable to transfer (Pixel's built-in migration option) about 90% of iPhone's data/settings (per transferring screen's status) to this Pixel phone. The phone's battery can be charged to 100% capacity. I use, without any issues, this Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked phone's physical Nano SIM card slot for my existing GSM Mobile service, and the eSIM option for my existing LTE data service. I was able to to use this new phone for my daily phone uses within 3 days.

    TLDR - This iPhone 14 pro came in PERFECT condition, as If it was brand new. And shipping was so fast it arrived the next day. I was in the market to upgrade from my 13 mini, and I was deciding between a new 15 pro and a 14 pro. Given I felt the differences between the two were not compelling, I decided to look in the open market for a refurbished 14 pro that was well priced. Once I did my research, I was convinced to take this deal on Backmarket, but I needed to see it in person to be fully convinced. Once I received it, I fully tested out the phone, including a diagnostic test that proved the phone was 100% original parts and at 100% battery health. Excellent means Excellent! In addition, Backmarket offered a fantastic trade in deal for my iPhone 13 mini, beating Apple's trade in offer by a healthy margin. I'd be happy to do business again with Backmarket!
