I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. Phone in great condition. Just a few divots on the bottom corners. Screen in excellent condition. Battery life is not great, especially conpared to the OnePlus 7 Pro. But the phone is lightning fast and has some super cool functions. I had fun playing with the settings. Takes excellent photos. Phone arrived with zero charge. You don't receive a charging cord, they only send a data trasfer cord. Which I realize you can use to charge, but super inconvenient, if you don't have an adapter. I did have to buy a case on a different site, because Back Market doesn't carry them. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. OnePlus has some great flagships. Will use Back Market for future phone purchases.

I love the fact to care about the planet, a friend told me about this website. the phone is really good and perfect, I am happy with my purchase , my previous phone was a one plus too. my only complaint is the phone sure have his original charge. its took forever to charge. with the original charge is really fast and the charge is up for the whole day, with the charge I received, take more time to charge, and the charge is gone really fast.

the phone was supposed to be unlocked, but it would not work on cricket network, I sent it back for a refund, waiting on that now. I did however order another one that is being delivered tomorrow. I'm hoping for no issues with it. I'm pleased so far with back market. I just hope that my refund goes off without a hitch and that the new one works on cricket network.

I went with the Premium option, and the phone was in immaculate condition! Showed up in the original box with all the original accessories. The 2-day shipping was no joke either. Very happy with Backmarkets service, and love the phone!

The phone was as advertized, even better, like new. Very happy overall. Wanted the dual sim card version, and perhaps it is, but the tray only has one slot that fits my card. Have to check into that. Delivery was supposed to be within a reasonble window (9:50am to 1:00pm) but was extended to 8pm on the same day. Phone finally came at 5pm, so I lost a day of work.
