    This is my third Motorola G Power and I've loved each one. I took a dip into the iPhone world, but simply could not justify the $1,000's needed to continually stay up to date with them. The Motorola G Power is reliable, great battery life and a processor legitimately as fast as any apple product. Save yourself a lot of money and come out of the dark side.

    The Motorola is working good so far. I like the idea of reusing instead of buying a new one every time we need a new device. This has nothing to do with the Motorola which is working perfectly so far. My concern is with BackMarket not assisting when things get wrong. The only concern I have is, the lack of support from BackMarket if something goes wrong. I bought a used MacBook last year and stopped working after few months and all I got from BackMarket is to contact the seller no assistance. The seller simply told me to reset the laptop and if that does not work try to find a repair shop near me. Next time, I will think twice before making another investment on a used device.

    The phone was supposed to be in "good" condition. It wasn't, it was in EXCELLENT condition. The only inkling that this was a used phone was that it didn't come in original packaging. They also tell you that it won't so it wasn't a big deal anyway. Got the phone. The back was as flawless as the screen. The edges and sides also showed no signs of wear and tear, as though Geex kept this phone in its own case and protector until the day I purchased it. I had a question about my delivery and I expected to wait at minimum 24 hrs for a response but it came sooner than that and with an actual person! I was weary to purchase from a site other than you-know-where because I was afraid of losing money and having no customer service support. I have been PLEASANTLY surprised with BackMarket and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Great idea keeping these devices out of landfills and if I can help with that cause WHILE saving money and getting a BRAND NEW (used) device...count me in to the tribe!

    Fast shipping and the phone i received was actually in better condition than I expected. The only negative thing I can say is that the charging cord is received wasn't for this particular phone. it was an older style cord rather than a type c cord. Other than that, I'm very happy with the phone and the service.

    This is the 4th Pixel I have bought from Back Market. I returned 2, for reasons that were entirely my fault. I traded in the Pixel 6 when the smaller 8 was approved for my medical devices. I can't buy phones new because FDA approval is always several models behind, which at least makes them more affordable. As far as I can tell, this phone is in perfect shape, and I'm happy it's the same size as my old 3a.
