    Backmarket Website: I was doing some research and came upon the backmarket website. Eventually after looking at other sellers for the galaxy s10, I decided to buy it from this seller. They had the best price for excellent condition, they have sold numerous items on backmarket, and they had great reviews. Excellent email updates from backmarket. Shipping: The shipping was excellent! I ordered it on November 30 and received the phone on December 3rd. The phone came by FedEx delivery and I was provided a tracking number by backmarket so I can track the delivery. Phone Accessories: Upon delivery the phone was securely packaged. In the box, I was provided with a fast charging plug, a long charging cable, as well as two screen protectors placed properly on the phone: one a scratch resistant and one a tempered glass with a hole cutout for the fingerprint sensor. Phone Review: The phone I ordered was for excellent condition. It came in absolute pristine condition as if it just came out from the factory. The phone has no scratches at all anywhere, it works beautifully, it has all the samsung updates, and it is originally a t-mobile phone that is unlocked. It worked with my SIM card and easily connected to my network. So far I am extremely pleased with this phone and it definitely lives up to the description of an excellent condition phone. Backstory: It is not my first time using a Samsung galaxy s10. I owned an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10 that I bought from Amazon, unfortunately I encountered a problem where the phone shuts off on its own and eventually I also ended up cracking the screen. I loved the phone and the estimate to at least fix the screen was 200+ dollars. This is when I started looking at backmarket which was the best decision ever. Do your research, have a budget, and read the reviews. This website and seller is excellent and highly recommended. Any updates on the phone and my experience will be posted here.

    I received a refurbished s10 in black. I selected "excellent" Condition and was not disappointed. Screen and case are in good considiton with extremely minor scuffing around the charging port, which is hardly noticeable. Battery life seems good and all functions work well. I am very happy, for the price you can't beat it considering how much these cost new.
