    My iPhone screen fell out as I was speaking to someone on it. This was not even 2 weeks after my purchase. There had been no dropping/trauma done to the phone by me. I had a case and a screen protector on it since purchase. Back market would not refund, repair, or replace the phone.I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. But don’t worry their automated responses are SO polite and kind, while being so sorry about not being able to help you at all. So I’m out $300 after a week and a half of use with no help or recourse by Back Market. Horrible. Do NOT purchase from this company.
