    I followed up in the conversation thread after shipping out the return because I’m in the middle of a career change and relocation, and urgently need a working phone. This was the only major issue I’ve had with Back Market so far, but it’s a critical one—and I’ve received no response. I initially asked for store credit because I’ve had positive past experiences and intended to stay loyal, even planning a laptop purchase. But after being ignored as a four-time return customer, I’m genuinely reconsidering. How is a tech-focused company unable to provide support—even within 24 hours? I’m incredibly frustrated, especially since I was sent a non-functioning device, yet still want to spend more with your platform. Please escalate this and get back to me as soon as possible If you value your your return customers.

    I'm pissed. the Xbox was barely wrapped in a single piece of bubble wrap and had lots of tape residue on the bottom. and it came with a red 3rd party controller instead of the white Xbox controller that the add shows. and I can't get the controller to connect without using the charging cable. I like back market because all my purchases off the site has been amazing until this purchase. now I have to buy 2 controllers instead of just 1. Buyer beware!
