    Really happy finally got working perfectly! Phone it replaced completely died. When activated, it was put on same iCloud account with wife's phone. So every change made to one phone also happened on the other! Finally got it all straightened out with Apple. Two separate phones, and two separate iCloud accounts. Now all works great! Thanks.

    For my first order at back market I’d say I was really skeptical about it. Surprisingly, when I placed my order, I wanted to change the delivery method, which I thought was gonna be difficult, but the back market team along with the seller worked with me so that I receive my order in the time frame I wanted it. It worked out well. I was happy about it, my order arrived as I expected it even with the change on delivery method I did. About the product, I bought two IPhone XS Max mint, the quality is as they described it, everything is clean, and the phones work perfectly. First order, I’m extremely Satisfied.     Honestly, I was very apprehensive about buying my new phone here at first. As previous times I’ve ALWAYS bought from Amazon refurbished. I can tell you 100% now, I will not be going back to Amazon for a refurbished phone again! I was so surprised with the quality and amazing communication within BackMarket. I purchased a Mint IPhone 8+ in Gold, factory Unlocked, with 2-day express FedEx shipping. (During the corvid-19 pandemic) It was shipped out in less than 24 hours and arrived promptly 2 days later. It was an unmarked FedEx package with an unmarked white box inside. Opening up the box it came with the phone (Obvs), an apple branded usb wall plug, and a basic lightening charger cable (3ft). (I would’ve liked atleast a lightening to headphone jack conversion piece in there, but I can’t complain.) The phone was immaculate, the only damage I could find, AND I LOOKED FOR A WHILE LOL, was a tiny itty bitty scratch on the very top right of the screen, you could not see it unless you REALLY look. It came with a pre-installed glass screen protector (yay!!), it had a couple bubbles with liquid under the protective screen but I later found out it was just iso alcohol from cleaning the screen before. So no worries there. It came with 85% max battery percentage which is not bad at all! It holds a charge all day no problem. And I get plenty of use whether I’m browsing Facebook or playing COD. My old 6s+ used to drain the battery in seconds. Speaking I got 6 hours out of 20% I’m VERY HAPPY. I’ve been playing with it for a few days, games (COD, PUBG, etc), it performs amazingly, messing with settings, all kinds of stuff. There’s absolutely no flaw. Lastly, my network is Cricket, so having an unlocked phone is a MUST, I was slightly nervous about it not working. But slipped in the SIM card, and BOOM, works perfectly with 0 problems. I’m so so so so so HAPPY! I’ve been wanting an upgrade for so long, and I’m so impressed with my new phone that I cannot image myself going elsewhere in the future for my next upgrade. See you in 2-3 years backmarket! (Hopefully I don’t break it and it ends up sooner LOL)

    I ordered a mint condition iPhone 8 plus, and that is exactly what I got - not a scratch on it!. I inserted the sim card from my iPhone 6 and it worked perfectly. (I had the latest sim card because of issues I had with my old iPhone 6. I couldn't be happier. And my battery is still able to charge at 100 %. Yea! I couldn't be happier! I ordered it on Sunday, and got it on Thursday. Santa was indeed good to me this year!
