I am so ecstatic to have found Back Market. I love all of how the company operates. My phone shipped to me lightening fast. I got a perfect Galaxy S10+ which I bought because I am an audiophile and wanted a superior sounding phone with a phone jack. It is better than I hoped it would be. Buying refurbished is just like having a new phone. I am not contributing to the e-waste of it all. I recycled my old phone with this company as . I could not be happier.

Everything was fine--I'm a newbie to smartphones in general, so feel very much like a babe in the woods still, but the experience I had with BackMarket was great, and the phone seems to be a peach. I would urge anyone to forgo buying a new phone unless they truly have a reason to do so, and save the planet a tad by going with a good refurbished phone from BackMarket. They seem to back their products and follow up--kind of unheard of these days.

It looks like a brand new phone. I couldn't tell it had been refurbished in any way. I charged the battery up, installed the SIM card from my old phone and was on my way. Phone hasn't missed a beat. Much quicker than my old phone. So far I am very happy with dealing with BackMarket.

All is quite fine with this Samsung Galaxy S10+, with the exception of a quite small screen blead in the lower left of the display. At first, I wanted to return it, but given that my old S10+ was not accessible and I lacked a complete backup, and that made getting things back together was a project, I have decided this little imperfection is not worth a return. I took the extended service contract, so if it grows later, I can seek relief then. Hey! At the price, it is still a bargain!
