I love this phone! I was a little upset when it arrived locked to att, but in less than a minute I discovered the "request to unlock" feature and was happy again. The phone arrived in better condition than expected. I could barely tell that it was pre-owned. Thanks!

Great phone as usual. I've bought countless phones from Back Market. Always better than advertised. This was the last of a back to back order. Case was ordered same day as this new phone. Protect your investment.

I think Back Market sent me a very nice device for the money! Only three things I did not really like. 1. I did not ask for random e mails to be sent to me and they of course are sending them. To be expected I suppose. 2. The phone arrived unlocked as was stated and I appreciate that fact however, it states clearly on the phone at all times that it is a U.S. Cellular phone. I would have appreciated it very much if that had been wiped off before it was sold to me. I do not do business with U.S. Cellular. 3. I am unable to load the factory voice mail app. Says the phone is not compatible with the app. Probably due to this not being a wiped device. I do wish that they had wiped the phone completely before I received it. Otherwise would I buy again from them? YES! Quick shipping. Pain free web site. Am very happy with this beautiful flamingo pink Samsung Galaxy S10+ phone. It arrived in mint condition and works perfectly. Was extremely happy with the wonderful service provided by Back Market and highly recommend it to all. Back Market is the best!

I've purchased 3 Samsung phones from Back Market and as long as they exist will go nowhere else. The 3rd was Galaxy S10 plus in Good condition and it may as well have been in excellent condition AND I received it in 3 days. Just amazing. Came with nice charging cord. Only mistake is they didn't include the plug part. But I've got so many it was not a problem.

The phone's sim card would not register the mobile network. I tried 2 separate service providers to try to get it to work. Tried to activate for 2 days. Had to reactivate my old phone so that I would have service.
