    I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.

    While ultimately I'm deciding to return the phone, it was shipped to me quickly and in the expected condition. The phone's issues are something that I'd see in a new model, so was not the fault of the seller. Would trust them for my future mobile phone needs.

    The phone works wall and was in excellent condition when I received it. unfortunately the phone they sent was black and not gold as ordered, by the time I received it the price went up and all the gold were sold out. Not worth returning it and paying more

    So I bought the gold version because it was the only one to pick from at the time, but I received a volcano black one. The phone didnt have a sim tool so i had to source my own, the charger was for a iphone and rated for 20watts type-c to type-c, which confused me. not looking for a oneplus charger but like wasnt expecting a iPhone charger.

    Phone physical condition is flawless. Was skeptic at first but I am impressed. Phone is nearly perfect. Turns on, charges, performs with no issue and then there was the battery. I've checked out reviews for this phone and have a couple of people who has/had this phone say the battery life is remarkable. I'm guessing mine is not. Tried extensive use and drains within couple of hours. Little disappointed. Minimal use test a couple of days ago. Still didnt last a day. Left the house @ 530AM with full charge. Placed it on battery power saving @ 0600AM. Two short phone calls to book an appointment and texting here and there. Rest were looking at bus schedules until 0700PM. Phone was at 10% when I got home. This was only the case cause I did place it on super power saving around 24%. Definitely a defective unit. I am outside of my place almost the entire days 5 days a week. Sometimes 6. Was expecting this to be my go to phone based on reviews. Very disappointed.
