    I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks).     I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. Thank you to TheGeex and to BackMarket.

    My first experience at back market and it was really nice and easy. I ordered OnePlus 10 pro in excellent condition and I received as it was mentioned, no screch, no damage on body and phone works like new one, only one problem is not original box and charger but what we can expect for half a price, definitely value of money and great experience to order with back market 🫡

    Phone quality is as described, but the seller doesn't care if you pay for expedited overnight shipping. Expected my order in two days because that's what I paid for, and it was two days late for something I needed.

    Phone was in good condition when I bought it, start up was fine, getting everything moved over was easy. I owned one previously, so I was used to how it felt in my hand. The downside, which lead to me returning it, was for some reason it could only run 2G with AT&T. I'm not sure if the phone I got was a lemon, or the phone brand itself was to blame. It's a good phone otherwise
