Galaxy S10 128GB - Black - Locked AT&T

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have obtained a total of 4 phones from Back Market and have been pleased with the conditions of the phones and the prompt processing and delivery of my order each time. A very professional and reliable company.

Phone was physically in excellent condition, no noticeable scratches or imperfections, but the bootloader had been tampered with and the Knox security counter had been tripped, preventing me from using banking apps, Samsung pay, Google wallet, etc. The phone also couldn't be carrier unlocked from AT&T as it still apparently appeared on someone else's account. Beyond that the seller's activity is odd, changing their business name after only being on the platform a few months. Altogether would not buy or trust another device from PhoneAxiom (TechBox Wholesale now apparently) again.

The phone runs a bit slow. It blacked out two times already. The screen blacked out. I think it has a bad battery because it takes awhile to charge. It shouldn’t take a long time because I have a 45w charger box brand new. I would like to return it.

The Galaxy S10 I recieved was in very good condtion and worked as promised. My Samsung Galaxy S9 was excellent and I was pleased with all the features, but I needed more storage for apps since it only had 64 gigs. So I upgraded to this S10 with 128 gigs and some added features as three cameras. The customer care was awesome, free fast shipping with tracking. Also your buy back program was great, received my payment right into ny account in a timely manner. Will recomend to all my family and friends. Thanks.

Great Galaxy S10 at a good price. Shipping was quick. The screen on my phone looks like new and the battery appears to be new based on it's performance. There were a few scratches on the back of the phone which I don't care about. The phone I bought was listed as excellent condition. I would buy from Back Market again.

Phone works great and met all my expectations

Not quite sure the phone is advertised as "Good" when, in my opinion, it's "EXCELLENT!" This is the 3rd refurbished phone I've purchased from BackMarket. I couldn't be happier. I'll never buy a new phone again, just like I don't buy new cars off the lot. Much better value going with used/refurbished.
