Exactly as described. Some scratches and dings on it as is expected from a certified refurbished product. Shows at&t on start up, but is definitely unlocked and usable with any other compatible provider. Quality product for an affordable price.

Phone seems fine. Works fine except it the digital wellbeing/screen time always says 0, never shows how much I use my phone. I've also noticed the screens a bit broken, there's some weird discolored lines running down it, but I really only notice when the phone off and the screen is black. Doesnt seem to affect the screen use at all atm. Everything else is great so far, the phone works great. This was my first time purchasing a used phone so I'm glad it's been a good experience.

Exceeded expectations. Chose excellent as premium was out of stock. Phone arrived fast; simply but nicely packed. Excellent it was, not a scratch or blemish, screen perfect; battery strong. Only had it about 10 days but everything working fine.

The phone came quick, it was in good condition, it works good and has good battery life. I used their guide to get it set up and functioning with T-mobile. That went fine, and I've been using it a few weeks now, and all is well.

Everything about my order was good except for the absence of rudimentary instructions. This was important because my new phone was a Samsung, which has many of its own proprietary features that differ from other Android phones. Some pointers would have been extremely helpful.

I am pretty happy with my Samsung Galaxy, A14 i’m just having a little trouble finding the perfect case for it. I would like some suggestions for a white colored case that won’t turn yellow in a two week period. & looking for one that is also protective.

This a very good Samsung phone. As always, the phone was in near new condition and at a price almost anyone could afford. My daughter-in-law's son has the same model (A14 5G) and I was impressed with its quality and features so when my son wanted a "new" phone, I got him this one. No problems.

Unfortunately it is not working right and I need to send it in for a refund. It keeps dropping out of cell service, I have done all I can to fiddle with network settings but it just seems to have a hardware issue.

Phone was delivered quickly but i missed the first delivery attempt. No problem, Back Market was in touch with me to give all info I need for next delivery attempt. Phone looked pristine and is working like new as fast as I'm concerned. They have a 1 year warranty incase I have any issues.
