    MIXED REVIEW DUE TO LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The S10 was reconditioned by ThePhoneStore and is fantastic. Ordered mint condition and it arrived with a glass screen protector and in perfect condition. The bad news is Back Market over charged and I have been waiting for 7 weeks for a correction to be made. They charged $469 for the phone with 2 yr warranty, $28.16 for tax and I had a $10 credit. Somehow their system charged $547.13 *** the total should be $487.16. Still no credit and I have requested an escalation multiple times. I was prepared to purchase a second phone from ThePhoneStore if BackMarket would issue the credit... still waiting....

    So, at first I was very cautious about this website ( as I'm sure 90% of us felt the same way lol). The prices seemed to good to be true. I needed a new phone badly, as I had a crappy Samsung Galaxy J7 that has serious audio issues whenever I'm on a call with anybody, and on top of that, the camera began to malfunction (extremely blurry images). I decided to look for a Galaxy S10 because I love their products. I eventually summoned up the courage to pull the trigger and bought the phone in mint condition for a little under $500. It took four days to arrive, which is pretty fast considering delays in other items because of the coronavirus pandemic. I was still skeptical as to whether I would receive the right phone while waiting for it to arrive. It finally came in today, and to my amazement, it's exactly what I ordered. Absolutely no scratches or cracks and was unlocked with the right carrier (T-Mobile). It came with the correct charger as well, and the phone runs like it just came out the factory. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend anyone to make a purchase from this website. It also provided up-to-date tracking.
