    The phone was in great condition. A few scratches on top but nothing major; screen looks good, no scratches. The phone works like new I think, nothing to compare to bud it's quick started as if I'm the first user, easy to bring my account onboard, etc. Nothing was bad about the experience except that the price dropped a bit a few days later lol but that's how the market goes.

    This product honestly surprised me. I was a bit hesitant to order, given the fact that it was a refurbished seller. Nonetheless, I spent the 200 plus dollars based on the reviews and decided it might be a good investment. It definitely was. My iphone came right on time, in pristine condition. I literally couldn't even tell it was refurbished. It also came with a charger and a charging block, which I originally thought I'd have to purchase seperately. It connected to my service provider seamlessly, and in the few months I've had it, I've never experienced a problem
