    The ps5 plates and controller was broken and dirty and very dusty. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and by the time I would’ve sent it back for repair it would’ve been too late. So I spent the extra money buying new plates and a controller and got it cleaned but this wasn’t worth the money it should’ve have been lower for how the PlayStation came. Now I do not blame back market, I blame the crummy seller because they never put any of these details about the ps5 they made it seem it was good and did not inform it was broken!

    Device was sent via Fedex and lost in transit. Back Market said they could not help me, had to deal with Fedex directly, which was a joke. Waited 11 days and then Back Market contacted me saying they were refunding most of my money, but no offer to send a new phone. Today is the 6th business day and still no refund. Really bad service and seem to not really care.
