Google Pixel 7 Pro 128GB - Black - Locked T-Mobile

This is the second phone I've bought from Back Market. I want to say that my frustration is mainly due to FedEx being extremely incompetent -- apparently if you sign digitally, they don't approve your signature until 48 hrs later.. and even then, the delivery driver told me the signatures never come through. So, my delivery was delayed an entire weekend even though I signed for the package as instructed on FedEx's website. I was bummed. When I received my phone, all was well and good except the seller hadn't factory reset it. So, I had a bit of a scare when I saw a notification saying that my phone belonged to an "organization". However, I was able to factory reset it myself and the notification went away. I was worried for a minute though that perhaps someone was able to control my device remotely if they'd wanted to. I'm assuming this was an oversight by the seller. All in all, a bit of a frustrating experience receiving the phone, but now that I've been able to sort it all out, I'm really enjoying the Pixel 7 Pro. I have had no issues with the device and I will still shop here.

Great phone at an awesome price!

Second phone in a row I had to return from Back Market because the first was an unlocked phone that came in locked and now this phone had a blown out ear speaker so I could not even use the phone as a phone. To have a conversation i either had to have earbuds with me at all times or put the phone on speaker for the world to hear. Using a phone daily working in sales back market has now cost me time and money I will never get back. Very upset with back market. Quality has fallen over the past few years.

This was my first backamarket purchase and I am really impressed and would buy from them again and recommend them to others. I didn't have any issues with the phone - bought in execellent condition. There was no flaws or imperfections. The battery drain on the pixel 7 pro is known. It's a great value over buying a new phone

paid for express 2 day shipping and the phone came late but on top of that it was my 3rd purchase through back market in a month and they can't get anything right. It was supposed to be a t-mobile phone but it was locked through spectrum mobile. This has been a waste of a month and I think at this point this website has become a scam. BE WARNED don't make the same mistake as me!

Received the phone(Pixel 7 Pro) in a refurbished packaging. Not a single scratch. The phone is literally like new condition. Come with Samsung wall charger and cable.

I think, the phone is good. However, the phone which may be the problem itself has trouble calling sometimes.
