    Ordered Excellent condition. Checked the battery cycle count and it was 112 (so it was in excellent condition for the battery). Ran diagnostics and everything was excellent. There was some old data on it I had to wipe/reformat the HDD. There were some smudges (had to clean) and a giant scratch in the middle of the bottom of the laptop otherwise flawless. Backmarket helped correct the issue with a small credit but considering I paid much more for Excellent condition and only offered this small credit, I gave it a star less in this review otherwise it was another great Backmarket purchase.

    Nice little phone for my son. BUT only if it would operate with Visible as advertised. I specifically purchased this as a BackMarket x Visible promo. I have tried numerous times, have sent multiple emails to BM with no response. The whole idea of a great phone deal along with plan is great; and if your anxiety lies with purchasing a refurbished phone; that is not the issue at all here. The phone itself is in excellent working condition.
