    the phone came packaged really well. It was easy to get it set up and all the apps needed inatalled. The only issue I've had is for some reason I cannot get the Bluetooth to work. When I turn it on it just spins and never turns on.

    I like BackMarket. Buying refurbished, for me, is great! Great for the environment, costs less than new, a refurbished product is brought up to the same specs as when it was new, and it keeps people employed.     I was very hesitant to purchase from back market because of being very wary of the ‘influencer lottery’ I assumed TikTok and YouTubers had. I can confirm after my purchase that is 100% the case. I purchased a MacBook Air M1 8/8 16gb with a 512gb ssd in ‘good condition’. Based on my selection I expected ‘light signs of use’ and a ‘flawless display’. My hesitation and worries all came true when laptop arrived.. in what BackMarket considers ‘fair condition’ .. huge chunks into the aluminum and dents causing the bottom case to be bent out of shape, several large pits and scratches in the display major deep scratches and or dings pretty much at any angle you look at the computer you’ll find something. My biggest issue is with the display as it is just not as described. I contacted customer service and this is where my review could’ve gone from a 2 to a 4.. I was given three options.. accept a $30 partial refund, return the device or send it back to the third party seller for repairs. I would be fine if the partial refund reflected the $110 difference reflected on similar devices listed when comparing ‘fair’ to ‘good’ condition. I decided to take the only offer of any type of partial refund as I don’t believe fair and good condition devices truly have any differences, I am not a YouTuber or influencer of any kind however I was planning to make TikTok and YouTube content with this laptop comparing it to the new MacBook Neo and to share my experience with Back Market and what you can expect after purchasing from Back Market. (I feel the support process could be easier I constantly have to go to my order and click 3 extra steps to see any interactions with the support ticket, I would almost say it’s completely hidden as there’s no notifications anywhere in the app that they have responded) however, regardless of the difficulties contacting support they are courteous and respond very quickly essentially 24/7 from my experience.

    The phone looks "excellent," but the S pen does not work. I let you know and you agreed to a $25 refund, which was the perfect response. I was pleased. But the payment that was allegedly processed by Hyperwallet (I think) was never delivered to my account -- but your site says it was, so I can't even open a chat about not being paid. You received my trade-in, which was in pristine condition, and have offered me $178. I will accept that amount, but I am unwilling to use the same payment method as for the refund until I have some assurance from you that I will actually get paid. So, you owe me $203, but you don't seem to be in any hurry to resolve the issue. That makes your company one that I would be *very* unlikely to recommend to anyone else.

    the body was bent and had a tear on the side from the metal, i was just expecting scratches and dents even but it was in worse condition than i thought. the i pad worked fine and everything else was okay, if your fine with just functionality it would be okay but if you care about appearance i would select a better condition
