    The iPhone was locked with passcode and a SIM card still inside when it is supposed to be “Unlocked.” Seller did not do a proper job in checking the iPhone if it was actually unlocked . This forced me to go through the process of contacting the seller. Unsure when seller will contact me. This had never happened to me before when buying from Back Market. Super disappointed and was inconvenient. Bought the phone for my old uncle to replace his old iPhone.

    I bought a iPhone 13 Pro in fair condition with a new battery. It came in and it had a deep scratch on the front camera causing the camera to be blurry so I returned it after I returned it they sent me another one and the battery was not new so I returned it again and then they sent me another phone and the Face ID didn't work. The seller is (tigerphones) be aware + after you make a return and they send you another phone they don't send you a charger which is what's supposed to come with YOUR purchase. Worst experience I've had dealing with a seller.

    Very happy with my experience with Back Market. Bought an iPhone 12 in Fair condition and it was like new except a few very minor dings along the edges and a tiny scratch on the screen. They have a huge selection, the website is easy to navigate and my phone arrived the following day! I bought a second phone for my wife and recommended Back Market to my son. The only negative is that I couldn't find info on the battery health of the phones.
