    Back Market service was good as usual. I just am having issues changing from an iphone 7 (yes, 7) to a 16. Don’t like having to swipe up fast to clear screen instead of just pressing a button. That sort of thing. So please quit bugging me for a report. Oh, also I returned my old phone to Apple for recycling instead of sending to you guys for a $20 credit. I had already erased the HD and your directions for what had to be done to clear the phone didn’t make sense to me so I recycled instead and they also send a mailing prepaid label. I tried to send an email to you telling you this but there was no functional return email address ever supplied to me so I gave up. Your products and prices are great but your customer interface, not so much. Bug off, please.
