    phone is perfect exactly what I ordered nothing is wrong with it even came with a good durable charging cord and block and was able to pop a Sim in it and it works perfect 110% happy will be referring people here I was skeptical at first but 100% worth it

    I got this phone for a Christmas present for my wife and it's been great so far. It looks and performs like new. This was the 2nd S20 Ultra 5G from BackMarket. I got one for myself back in July and it has been great as well.

    Even though I have looked around BackMarket several times, this was my first time ordering a device. My Galaxy S9 just got sent to pasture by Samsung, so I needed another phone and decided to pick an S20. The phone arrived in about 4 days, came well wrapped, and was in nearly perfect condition. There was one little scruff on one of the corners, but my S9 has a nearly identical mark, so I didn't really care. The phone is beautiful, works well, and came with the pin used to transfer SIM cards (super helpful!). I really love this phone and can't tell that it is refurbished! I will more than likely get other devices from here going forward, and I already started telling others about BackMarket! FYI: The seller, Top Renew LLC, is new to the site, but they did not disappoint!

    Literally just got scammed, don't buy from this seller. I order a S21 ultra with 128 gbs in excellent condition. Long story short I got the phone with a fake Samsung screen so the colors were awful and the front camera had dust underneath so I couldn't even clean the camera. Therefore it looked terrible. To top it off IT CAME WITH a crack on the back glass, because the phone was shipped to me IN A FEDEX ENVELOPE! Keep in mind this is a "EXCELLENT CONDITION PHONE". Tried to get it replaced or at least fixed. Nope couldn't return becuase somewhere in the warrenty it says if damaged on arrival return within three days. Even if I knew that, i couldnt send it back because I need it for work and I had alreayd been without a phone for some time. The 30 day AND 12 month warranty are pretty much useless. So i now have a messed up phone that i have to pay more for to get fixed. HIGHLY DO NO RECOMMEND!!

    I ordered my Galaxy S20 at around 1:30 PM and it was on a FedEx truck before 4 PM the same day. Received the phone 2 days later. Phone was in A1 quality and works perfectly. I had never dealt with or heard of Back Market prior to this, but this was exemplary service.

    Seller sent the wrong phone (this is the third time it's happened to me on this site) I ordered a 256gb phone they sent a 128gb. Seller refused to replace it with the correct one and just refunded the order. Always check your phone when it arrives this is becoming a frequent occurrence with the sellers on this site in my experience.
