    Ordered a MacBook Pro 2020 and received the product within two days. Really happy with the delivery. However, there are a few issues that I observed. 1. There are multiple visible scratches on the lid. I ordered the 'Excellent' grade, and was expecting better. 2. The laptop shows signs of heavy usage (marks on the keys and trackpad). 3. The battery drains within 30 mins of moderate usage. Overall, it's an average product. But I think I should have opted for a new windows laptop at this price.
