The seller sent me a very good mac book pro It has no cracks or scratches or scuffs and only have 100 cycles I will definitely recommend this seller I ordered a excellent condition only thing I didn’t like is that it wasn’t a apple charger but the charger still works I would give this a 10/10

Did not know about Back Market until I made this purchase and they really delivered, got exactly what I paid for and their wrapping job was impeccable, felt incredibly confident that the product wasn't damaged in transit.

It was my first time ordering from here and my friend recommended it even though I was little skeptical. But it literally looks brand new I have no complaints I will definitely order from here again !!

The first MacBook Pro I purchased had problems, but BackMarket took it back happily and refunded me quickly. I bought a different one (for less $) here, and it's working great! It has a few very minor cosmetic issues, which I expected, and performs much better than the other one, even though it's a year older. The only quibble is with the 2-year warranty on the defective MacBook, which is taking some extra effort to get refunded -- but I trust it will work out!

arrived earlier than expected ... overheating battery and stickers faded on top that they removed but can still see other than those two things its a pretty decent Macbook Pro

This is my second laptop purchase. The first one had to be sent back within 3-4 months when the battery would no longer charge. I had hoped the seller would simply replace the battery and send the laptop back to me; but instead my money was refunded. Using the same seller, I ordered another laptop. It's now a little over a year and when my battery gets to 61%, the laptop shuts down like the battery has died. But it will still charge! So while having to be plugged in to the charging cord can be a little bothersome, it still works and I now know that if the battery stops charging, I need to use a local Apple repair shop to replace it. Other than the battery issue, I've been VERY pleased with my purchase.
