The first MacBook Pro I purchased had problems, but BackMarket took it back happily and refunded me quickly. I bought a different one (for less $) here, and it's working great! It has a few very minor cosmetic issues, which I expected, and performs much better than the other one, even though it's a year older. The only quibble is with the 2-year warranty on the defective MacBook, which is taking some extra effort to get refunded -- but I trust it will work out!

Got my order in no time! I ordered on a Friday and got it the following Wednesday! I bought mine in good condition to have a new laptop for college,and nothing was wrong! Seemed more of an excellent so if anyone worries with not getting a good looking MacBook under excellent it should be ok! Did a few tests and checked the specs and everything went so smoothly! They only thing I would say is battery life I probably just had higher expectations but for 2-3.5 hours and it at half I would say it’s pretty good (at least for me knowing of my future 1-2 hour classes) Would definitely recommend and be buying from here form now on!

Delivery was fast and I'm super happy with my new (to me) MacBook! I will say, it does lag sometimes when trying to stream a video (I bought this to do some online courses) but with a quick refresh of the web page, it does the trick. Super happy and will definitely consider purchasing again from back market! :)

This is my second laptop purchase. The first one had to be sent back within 3-4 months when the battery would no longer charge. I had hoped the seller would simply replace the battery and send the laptop back to me; but instead my money was refunded. Using the same seller, I ordered another laptop. It's now a little over a year and when my battery gets to 61%, the laptop shuts down like the battery has died. But it will still charge! So while having to be plugged in to the charging cord can be a little bothersome, it still works and I now know that if the battery stops charging, I need to use a local Apple repair shop to replace it. Other than the battery issue, I've been VERY pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic! Everything was wonderful. So much better than I expected. The only reminder that my computer is not brand new is the absence of a huge sticker price. Shipping was fast, and packed with great care. BackMarket is now my first stop whenever I need "new" tech. Also I don't typically submit public reviews, but I made an exception for this since I'm already telling all my friends. Thank you!

The device was delivered in good timing and all of the contents worked correctly. My only issue is that I payed for "excellent" condition and received a device with multiple surface scratches in the top and a pretty decent gouge as if it had been dropped on the corner.
