    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!! I was gonna go with excellent but I got good because it was cheaper and honestly I’m happy I did because I basically just got myself a brand new phone for $200 cheaper then asking price. The battery health came AMAZING and the phone had NO SCRATCHED OR DENTS AT ALL.

    I am blown away by how phenomenal my experience has been with Back Market. I received my new phone in about 2 days, in perfect condition and it functions exactly as needed. I wanted to upgrade my previous Note20 Ultra but remembered that Samsung no longer releases models that support SD cards, so I opted for the same phone with larger internal storage capacity since I have apps that store a lot of data. I am extremely happy with my new phone, and I didn't have to sacrifice my SD card.

    Back Market is great and never a problem with them, but the 3rd party seller of the phone sent me one with subpar refurbishing. The screen was generic and blocked the battery status and time at the top, the wifi cut out constantly, and the Android Auto would not connect at all. This an excellent quality purchase and have ordered a premium quality for a second try. Back Market has been great, though.

    If I could give 0 stars I would, received the phone about a week after purchase and gotten a note saying the display had been replaced but that it wasn’t anything to worry about and it may just overheat for the first week or two, then I finally get the phone setup and I notice it has a significant lag whenever I try to use the touchscreen when I’m typing or even trying to click on icons, then I notice every-time I try to watch a video it lags horribly! So much to the point it will freeze and skip to the end of the video, I couldn’t even record videos without it lagging and skipping! Then I notice that it seems that the screen was burnt at the top! Then I notice battery icons, time, and Wi-Fi icon are all burnt into the top of the screen and not too long after I notice this the display completely starts going purple and sort of off colors like the lcd is going out, at this point I decide to return it hoping to receive a repair or replacement as promised in my warranty because it has become obvious the replacement screen is not compatible with the device and it would only continue to get worse. I return it and wait a week for it to get back to the seller and I wait the 3 business days I was told it would take for a response on either a repair or replacement and I end up reaching out to customer service and they tell me they cannot get in contact with the seller and I will be refunded if they do not get in contact within the next business day. I wait until Monday and still haven’t received any response or update on my order I am extremely disappointed as I’ve gotten three phones from this website before and have always recommended this website to friends and family when they are looking for a affordable device, I understand these devices are refurbished but I’ve never had so many issues before and the lack of response or quick resolution from seller is disappointing. I am currently still waiting for a response from the seller and I’ve been without a phone for going in 2 weeks now with no response or resolution.. very disappointed to say the least.

    I ordered the phone in purple. It actually turns out to be a light lavender. I found the return procedure more complicated than necessary when all I needed to do was return the unopened box. I accidentally ordered the wrong condition (“fair” instead of “excellent,) Instead , I was required to open the box, take photos, etc. before returning it. A seal could be used to ensure the box had not been opened. I discovered my error after the order was being processed so could not cancel. So far the phone is functioning well and the model fits my needs.
