    The product was rated as 'good', but still look and feel like new. No visible blemishes, the IOS and apps still run smoothly. I also love the plain white packaging. making it very Apple-esque. Good job! :) I'm a long-time Android user and this is me testing the 'Apple water', so I had an expectation of things need to work as close as possible to how I use my Android phone.     The phone arrived in near-perfect condition. It runs very smoothly so far (I'm transferring data from my old Samsung S7 as I write this). At first I thought it mistakenly came locked, but it just took it about half an hour to find a network, so that was a relief. This was an amazing deal - so much so that I thought it was some kind of a mistake to get a 256GB Galaxy S9 in such an excellent condition for only $185 - but I guess it wasn't a mistake, just a pretty sweet deal. I don't know how long the battery will be lasting (I'm not a power user anyway) because it'll take me some days of usage to figure that out, but so far I'm more than happy with the look and the performance, and the price!

    I was very leary about a refurbished phone. Also, the first phone I ordered from another seller never arrived, but that was fedex's fault. So I decided to give backmarket another shot, and found another phone through a different seller. This seller used UPS, which made me feel better. The phone is perfect. If I didn't know any better, I'd think it was brand new. Arrived on time, came with a high speed charger. Very pleased.

    I purchased the very good condition iPhone 12 ProMax. Overall the condition when received was pretty good, if I were to be really picky I would just mention that there was some scratches on the side of the phone but it’s nothing that a phone case won’t hide. The screen was perfect which is what I wanted to be in excellent condition. The phone has worked very well so far and the battery life is more than decent. As for this being my first purchase on this site I was very skeptical; however I was very please and I have even purchased more items here
