This phone quickly made me love the iPhone 12 pro max. It quickly became my favorite apple phone of all time. I received this phone in November & it was perfect until about May. In May, 7 months after receiving this phone, the battery health hit 70 percent. Since then, this phone does not work off of the charger. I have to use a portable charger in public at all times to be able to use my phone or else it shuts off. This phone was great for those 7 months, but now it is the bane of my existence. Will be getting my new phone, that I am unfortunately required to buy only 7 months after buying a phone, from elsewhere.

After three months of use I have to say that I am impressed with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I bought this phone in good condition, so I did notice some scratches on it; however, it works flawlessly. I have used BackMarket.com for many electronics over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an upgrade.

I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from back market. I will continue to use back market to order phones.

This iPhone 12 Pro Max was in nearly new condition and has worked almost flawlessly. On rare occasions, it fails to turn off via the normal button slide. However, the solution is very simple and is done in seconds. A great buy.

so far so good, a very nice example of a refurbished phone. I have no reason to buy electronics from any other source, I check back market first.
