    I was super skeptical and concerned this was some kind of scam but my phone arrived way faster than I’d expected, it’s in better condition than I expected (I ordered fair cause appearance wasn’t my concern), and it works great so far! Only issues I’ve had is having to learn a new phone. I’d definitely recommend this site to anyone.

    I ordered excellent condition it came in fair condition with scratches and big dents as well as microphone issues. There was 0 quality control. for the price you would think Back market would ensure I got what I paid for. It is absolutely ridiculous. This is my second time dealing with this from back market I will not be ordering with them anymore.

    This phone is my worst back market purchase. The fact that it had a foreign part should’ve been a red flag to me. A month after buying it, I accidentally dropped it on the carpet. The screen came loose a bit. It wasn’t properly glued on? And I’m guessing the battery was taking too much space. Over time, the glue kept coming undone so I had to go to a repair shop to get it fixed. Also, I understand that when you drop a phone its screen will break, which is why I bought a screen protector, however, u wouldn’t expect the BACK of the phone to crack so much that I would start seeing the copper lining of the phone? After dropping it twice? I don’t what was wrong with this phone, but it wasn’t sturdy enough! Most iPhones should withstand more drops than that. And on the third drop, the screen stopped working. I think this phone was not as good as it was advertised

I was surprised when the phone was delivered to me earlier than expected and it’s in good shape except for the charger that doesn’t charge the device, I had to figure out a different charger.
