    I ordered a 2021 iPad Pro and a 2018 iPad Pro arrived. Because it was time sensitive I had to return the 2018 and buy a new one from the apple store. Still waiting on a refund. And if you buy a warranty you have to request a separate refund for that. There’s no phone numbers to call and get help from back market or the seller. The whole thing feels pretty automated. I’m short, a bummer.
