    Product came earlier than expected which made me very excited however upon setting up my device I was met with just absolute heat coming from the phone. A task just as simple as pulling up my Gmail causes the phone to over heat in less than literally 60 seconds of use. In addition I purchased the excellent highest quality and yet my maximum battery percentage is 80% very dissatisfied with this product and I DO NOT recommend any BackMarket products for ANYONE.

    I tested the screen in a mass spectrometer and it is not the ceramic original quality screen. The back of the phone is a completely different color than my original gold phone. It even leaves fingerprints that are impossible to remove. This phone has horrible gps quality and I am more than sure this phone is not just refurbished but also made with 90% imitation parts and/or motherboard. Buyer Beware!!!!!

    I was a little surprised at how this was packaged. It was just wrapped in a small sheet of bubble wrap and put into the box, so I'm sure it easily slid around during delivery. The battery life on this is way lower than expected which makes me think the battery has been replaced, but there's no way of knowing what type of battery was put in. After a week of using it, a crack appeared on the screen, and I had never even dropped it! This makes me think that perhaps the screen had been replaced as well when it was refurbished. Cosmetically, it was definitely in perfect mint condition, but I'm a little skeptical about the hardware and what was done to refurbish it.

    The IPhone SE (2020) that I purchased from Back Market has turned out to be a great purchase. The phone was advertised as in Excellent condition and it is. It works great. I'm thrilled with the phone. The charger that came with it stopped working after a few days, but that I'm not concerned about. I also like that there is a 1 year warranty on the phone, which is included in the price. The phone was what was important to me. I'm very happy with it and will tell others.
