    ****SCAM!!!!**** I'll start from the beginning. Last year I purchased a phone through back market. I received amazing service and a great product. My daughter needed a new phone this year so this was the first place I thought of! I ordered an unlocked Samsung and received a Verizon phone. I asked for an exchange and they said they were happy to exchange for an unlocked phone (this wasn't my problem). I sent my phone along with photos for proof of how I returned the phone. Keep in mind, once I found out the phone I received was not the one I ordered, I put it in its original packaging and left it in my closet on the floor so it won't get damaged. I did take a while to return it because I had just started working after being in a car accident that left me injured. Once I had the opportunity to return the phone, I did. I then received an email stating they received a "damaged" phone. So I will not be getting a phone or a refund. This seller is a scam. I HIGHLY urge you to spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

    First off, customer service is amazing, the rest not so much. The phone arrived quickly but the camera was distored, the flash & flashlight didn't work, and callers could not be heard. That's a lot to go wrong. Also I was unable to login many, many times to BackMarket to get help. Customer service was very attentive and that alone will probably earn another chance at my business, though the tech end needs some work apparently.

    Product arrived very quickly which I was happy about and everything was functional, the reason I'm not leaving a very good review is due to the fact I had to take the phone to replace the screen right out the box due to some odd black waves in the screen, so on top of buying the phone I had to spend and additional $180 to replace the screen right away I don't think I'll be a returning customer. very fast shipping but qaulity of the refurbished product was dissapointing even though I opted for the excellent condition, just my honest opinion.
