    I’ve bought many phones from back market over the years and have always had a great experience, so I didn’t hesitate to buy my first Apple Watch from them too. The watch arrived sooner than expected (as usual), but when I opened the watch the back looked like it was taken off a sweaty arm from the sawmill, packaged up, and shipped. Is this a big deal? No. It was quickly and easily cleaned up and works perfectly. However, something like this is not what I expect, especially when paying more for the “excellent” condition.

    Screen had visible scratches even when the phone was on. Phone was advertised as being in Good condition. Back Market's definition of Good is: Screen: Perfect condition; Body: May have micro-scratches visible from 8 inches away. As such, I returned the phone and received a refund. Thank goodness I ordered this phone on Back Market. No hassle 30-day return policy. I would buy from Back Market again but would think twice about choosing a phone refurbished by UC Technology Inc, the refurbisher/seller of the phone I returned.
