    Wrong watch (again)- the SECOND wrong model sent in the last 30 days. Ordered cellular models, got non-cellular models. Had to update OS (for hours) to finally again see this second watch ordered and received yesterday is AGAIN... the wrong model (* we then saw the box it was sent in which ALSO shows the non-cellular ("GPS") model. Been trying to get my wife her X-mas present here for five weeks now. It seem sellers are "bating and switching" here and I paid MORE than for the first one I ordered- yet I still can't get what I ordered. This watch also has fine hairline marks on it, but not why it's being returned. Please replace with pristine, cellular, white model- SEE MY LAST TWO ORDERS- this is STILL what I want. Otherwise, send a label and we won't try a third time here and I'll take a refund and no buy here going forward- it's time for you to solve this problem or... not. I await your response here and thank you for hopefully (finally) getting this right (or not). -Russ

    Good as new?! To the contrary!!! I was sent a BROKEN phone. It charges when it feels like it, easily taking all day to finish. Then that charge that took all day to get there will speedily disappear, whether the phone is in use or not. And it won't even warn you that it's about to drop from, say, 10 to 2 percent in a matter of three seconds. Oh, and when it suddenly does get somewhere on the low end — again, whatever it feels like... might be 20 percent, might be 10 — it may or may not abruptly turn off! Plus, this ''good as new'' phone has a RATTLE. Additionally, I selected the EXCELLENT grade, checking carefully what that entailed — and I was sent something meeting only the standards for ''good'', with a casing showing signs of use. This is what I get for deciding to try ''refurbished'' after a lifetime of avoiding it. Grrrrr.
