    Phone was in fantastic condition overall. Only issue I have is that it didn’t come with an original Apple display that was sold with the iPhone. Though the display is working, it does not pass Apple diagnostics and sits higher than the frame.

    Backmarket makes everything easy to navigate. I knew it was time to upgrade, but I also didn’t want to keep my old phone as I knew it would just sit in a drawer for years until I inevitably decided to toss it which is never a good idea. I searched for refurbished phones on google and came across backmarket. Amazing! It was like they already knew exactly what I was looking for with the “new” refurbished phone being the first thing I saw when I opened the app. I chose the phone I wanted, the color and even the option for quality and then the option to trade in my old phone. Within a couple of days I had my “new” phone and once they received my trade in, their monetary offer was in my account. My “new” phone works like a brand new phone, you wouldn’t even know it was refurbished and the quality is superior! I have a phone I love now and I also feel better about trading in my device with them and contributing to less e-waste! Win win!

    Would’ve given it 5 stars but the Bluetooth feature doesn’t work very efficiently. It struggles to find and connect to devises and will sometimes randomly disconnect as it struggles to hold the connection. Other than that everything else works great.

    Phone itself works fairly well, did have some minute issue transferring data from old phone and it had visible paint chips on the camera lens. I am overall happy but every time i see the camera side- i am just fair cause the condition of the car honestly aesthetic was supposed to be good

    Bought iP,hone Xs "Excellent" condition. Looked perfect. Not a scratch. Amazingly had 100% battery health, not 85%. Wow! Only prob was muffled microphone sound (and battery a bit warm). Communicated w/ BackMarket and they were on it immediately. Absolutely communicated within 24 hrs. Told me to do recovery for privacy and send it in. Vendor tried to fix microphone but could not and did not have another Xs in stock. So full refund! (If you get a chance to buy from vendor WeGoWeFix, do so. They respond quickly by text and are very helpful. Just wonderful experience from both BackMarket and WeGoWeFix. I am now be a loyal client of both and am looking for another iPhone Xs on BackMarket. I appeciate companies that live up to their own goals of great customer service.

    very pleased with the cosmetic condition of the phone. Was not able to transfer data from older phone because the Back Market phone opened right away to apps screen as if already set up. I messed with it trying to restart/reset myself before taking to local Best Buy where Geek Squad got the phone to quick start and we finished transfer from there. After that all is going well and am happy to no longer carry an "umbilical cord" like I was for the older phone to remain functional. Battery life is great and i'm very pleased with my purchase from Back Market!
