    Wasn't super stoked on the condition of the phone I ordered. I payed extra for the "good" condition and it came with multiple deep scratches on the front screen and had a battery health of 81%. I decided to return it, however, the whole return process has been very enjoyable. Always pretty quick with respons, friendly, and for returning something through shipping for the first time, it was sinple and easy. Still waiting for the money to be put back in my account, but overall a good customer experience, other than the phone of course.

    We are returning this device as it does not hold a charge. We purchased it as "Good Condition," the phone does not have a mark on it, but the battery dies too quickly and will only charge to 78%. The seller was quick to give us a return label. We are going to order another phone through this site once we can find one in excellent condition.
