    I am mixed emotions concerning this iPhone SE. it is a very good phone as far as functions. Getting to those functions is difficult at time since there is no instruction book to guide you and the "help" on the phone is not very good. I'm 70 and have always had an Android. I'm trying to be patient with myself and the phone.

    I've had this phone for over a month now, and I'm so pleased with it. I wanted to wait until I'd used it for a while to review to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it. It works like new, with only some minor cosmetic flaws that I don't care about. I bought in "Good" condition, and I feel it was accurately categorized. The biggest thing was some scuffs around the edges, but they're hidden underneath the case I put on. There's one minor bright spot on the bottom left of the screen, but I don't even notice it anymore. Only one minor thing that put me off a bit: It could have been cleaner. There was some gunk in the spaces around the buttons and on the edges of the phone that I had to take care of myself. I would've expected a clean phone. However, overall, the phone is well worth the money.

    This reminded me of used car sales selling cars that were in floods. The exterior of the iPhone looked ok. The charging port was so worn out that the charging plug would not stay in (never ever seen anything like that) . The battery barely made it to 70% in Battery Health Maximum Capacity. I have 5Ss with better battery specs. What else could be wrong not willing to look or try again. Condition rated Good-NO Sorry bad showing for first time out.

    So far so good. Maximum battery life is only at 80% of life but otherwise the phone is good. It looks almost like new. The phone arrived fast. Shopping was easy. I would definitely order from Backmarket again.
