I even shipped it away to get repaired through Back Market. Told me there was nothing that could be done and was issued a refund. Felt to me like a big letdown/ waste of time.     I received this phone quickly and was happy about the delivery time. Opened the phone to find it was dirty with sticky residue on most of thr phone body. I had to clean it all off with alcohol because wiping it without a cleaning chemical didn't work. Once cleaned setup was pretty easy, but now everyday it tell me there is a software update and it states it is the same update as the day before. I'm not sure what's up with that as nothing online covers this but at this point the phone seems to work so I have to just keep moving forward because I on not go too long without a phone waiting for a replacement.
