It feels great buying a refurbished phone & not buying new. It's a great phone but one thing is my charging port is weird & flicks on & off charging

I've become a regular customer because the products are top quality. if it says it's in great shape, the product IS in great shape. This phone looks brand new, it's fast and the specs are superior to my previous phone.

The phone I got was good, working, battery is ok, I expected a slightly newer one for an excellent condition phone but that's ok, that and the corners of the phone were sanded very slightly, not that it made a big visual difference, but it was sharp and hurt my hand. Disappointed they would try to fix what I can only assume is a scratch by sanding it. but it didn't look amazing so I really can't complain too much.

You guys made finding the phone i want wasy and affordable. And your trade-in program is super helpful in reducing my cost even more! I saved over 70% on the cost my my new phone than retail. Thank you!
