Got my unlocked phone and cant use it were i want cause it is locked and your help portal does not give a place for locked phone. i guess my only recourse is to send it back and just forget doing what i wanted.

phone arrive early and was in tip top shape. Basically new. put in my sim card and it showed the phone was locked, while it was advertised as unlocked. went to the carrier the phone's network was locked to. the carrier told me that the phone was still under loan.

The phone came with scratches on the edges, the S Pen has signs of use, the battery doesn't last 4 hours and it drains easily even during basic tasks like watching videos on Tik Tok or even images on Facebook or Instagram
