    Great price on a refurbished phone. At first, I was a little concerned about the battery life. It seemed to drain fairly quickly the first couple days. But now, after a dozen or so charge cycles, it seems to work as good as new!

    Hi Greg, I was looking forward to my surface arriving. I got home from work early in anticipation and after opening noticed that the “excellent” condition surface had a dent in their corner. I know these are refurbished devices but being marked “excellent” I was not anticipating a dent in the corner of the surface.

    I would not buy through this seller again. 1st issue is that they never sent me a charging cord, but realized this after they shipped the “excellent” surface pro 8 i7. When I received the surface pro 8, It had scratches on both the back and screen. This was a “fair” device. I’ve bought many refurbished devices on back market to know how they rate them. Next I needed to check to make sure I in fact got a i7 core. Nope! It was a i5. I let them know I needed to return this because they sent me the wrong device. They had no problem with that at all and didn’t even apologize. Looks like they were trying to scam someone! Stay far away from this seller!! I bought a new surface pro 8 at best buy and it’s amazing! So the device is great, just don’t trust this seller.

    This is the second REVVL 5G I ordered from Back Market after the first one seemed a little flaky at first and then developed ghost touches that were popping up all over the bottom of the screen. At that point it had to go back and, since I enjoyed the look and feel of the phone, I ordered another one like it for a little more money. So far, all is well, but I'm happy I purchased the add-on protection plan, just in case.
