    This iPad was bought for my daughter. It appears to be brand new. It works great! When we got the iPad in the mail, the wrong charging cable was sent. Reached out to BackMarket and they immediately sent out the correct cable. I’d buy again from BackMarket.

    I am quite upset about this. The condition is very openly mislabeled. The device I received has very visibile damage on the front side, including a small gash in the frame and a scratch across the screen. I reached out to the vendor, who simply recommended that I buy additional items to make the damage less visible after admitting to selling the item under false pretenses. The only reason the device was not returned is due to the personal want for this phone. I will certainly NEVER order from Back Market again unless this is rectified. This phone is labeled as Very Good but barely meets the requirements for a Fair condition device.

    At the time that I bought this, I didn't realize it was from a Chinese brand or I wouldn't have bought it, but since I had already received it, I decided to keep it. The phone couldn't receive texts. I tried everything on the phone but nothing worked. Apparently it's a problem between these phones and Verizon, the carrier I'm using. I had to contact my carrier and have them troubleshoot it. They disabled CDMA on the phone and I was able to receive texts afterward. Other than those two things, this phone is perfect, and I love it.
