Galaxy S20 5G 128GB - Gray - Locked AT&T

Phone was better than advertised, in perfect condition it still had the plastic wrap on the edges. Would definitely purchase from here again in the future I hate the racket around getting a new phone from the big box phone stores and for $170 I have zero complaints!

I'm so pleased with my new (to me) Galaxy S20 5G phone. I went with the excellent quality and was not disappointed. It looks brand new, minus a little scuffing at the top where the screen and side meet. It is purely cosmetic and my case covers it. The phone itself functions excellently. A huge upgrade from my 2017 Galaxy J. I was leary about buying refurbished, but the customer reviews and my own experience laid my fears to rest. Thanks Backmarket!

Was sent the wrong item - instead received an unlocked, dark blue, S20 FE 5G. I can understand how many could consider that an upgrade, but we intentionally purchased the "standard" S20 (i.e. not FE, not +, not ultra, etc) in order to have a smaller sized phone. That being said, shipping was SUPER fast despite selecting the cheaper shipping option (only 4 days! it originally expected 8 days, then 6 days), and the incorrectly-shipped S20 FE looked rather pristine from the outside! (I did not power on the S20 FE before sending it back) Could have used some more packing material but it seemed to do the job shipping-wise...? But otherwise the entire process was rather painless and I got refunded accordingly, hence the 3 stars rather than, say, 1 star.

I do really did like back market and ordered from them a couple other times. The phone I received is almost perfect, although they sent a different model of phone then I ordered. Therefore all the accessories I ordered didn't work. I double checked and it definitely says I ordered a different model than I received. When I sent a complaint I was basically told to send it back if I didn't like it. Yes I could send it back but I need a phone and don't have time to do so. I don't believe I will be ordering from them again.

The phone arrived on time and looks like a factory new device. It has been in use only a few days, but I have not found any issues with this purchase. This is my 2nd purchase from Back Market and I would not hesitate to make another.
