    Do not buy from this seller. Do not buy from Backmarket. Laptop stopped functioning properly within 3 months. Keys started sticking and TouchPad stopped working. Returned to seller they said that there were known problems with this model laptop and they would try software changes to fix. When they could only partially fix it they said that I damaged the laptop and refused to cover it under warranty. Backmarket accepted this. I would never ever go near these companies again. Buyer beware.
