i got macbook pro excellent condition found a couple scratches- thought excellent wont have anything at all. Super love this macbook pro. IMHO the best version of MBP ever! Get yo hands on this model if you can :) I bought extra warranty too so I am covered. After purchasing I realized the product would not download anything from the apple store because it wasn't updated. After trying to update the MacBook it and failing I looked up my issue online. I found out it was a common issue that the MacBook 15's had a problem where a lot of them had a glitch that would not allow them to take the latest update. Apple would not do anything for these products. So users who had the affected MacBooks could not download anything from the Apple Store.
