    I received the laptop and it had a line going down the left side of the screen. It hadn't been updated since February of this year and while downloading all of the necessary updates, the screen started flashing. I was told I could either return the laptop for a refund or get a replacement. I opted for the replacement. I received another laptop which was a different model than the previous one? It has noticable scratches and wear. I paid for "excellent" condition. Neither of these laptops are in excellent condition. I asked if I could have a partial refund since the laptop was not in the condition I paid for. I also had the same issue with the updates and screen flashing. Instead of having any of my issues acknowledged, I was sent return instructions. I have bought at least 7 items from back market over the years. I used to recommend this site to friends and family. Never again.
