I really like them. They are comfortable, the sound is high quality (I’m no expert though), and they’re in top condition. I wouldn’t have paid full price for these straight from Apple, so I love that I got them refurbished. I’ve also bought many other products from BackMarket- 2 Switches, 2 iPads, an Apple Watch, and an iPhone. I’ve always had great experiences.

It’s absolutely perfect…I got so excited that it came in very very fast and on top of that it’s legit…and it’s real and performed a few test and it’s real…definitely recommend to anyone and on top of that it came in with a charger

I was leery of purchasing refurbished headphones. However, the new version of AirPods Max is the same outrageous price as the original, and has no wired option, which was a deal breaker for me. So I ended up getting a used 1st gen pair from here. It arrived in perfect cosmetic condition. Virtually no sign of prior use, and works great. Plus I saved about $150, so I'm pleased.

Product works amazing, no dents or scratches, came with holder and charger. No issue with setup or usage. If anything should change I’ll update my review.

First of all, shipping was real fast! Arrived in a box (the box wasn’t super clean but I really didn’t mind), a cover and a charging cord. The headphones are perfect, no scratch whatsoever, I can’t even tell they’re refurbished. No connectivity issues. So so worth it!

Fastest shipping I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t pay for faster shipping and they arrived two days after I bought them. The product quality is like they just came from the Apple factory. Second thing I’ve bought from back market and definitely won’t be the last

They work perfectly and the condition is great the only thing I would complain about is the shipping it got delayed but I day but it’s not a big deal it was probably the truck drivers fault Anyway overall 10/10 I would definitely recommend this app to all my friends

The past users apple ID is still connected to the headphones, and it gave me a notification that the past users apple would be able to track the headphones, aka (wherever you’re living) its odd and concerning but the headphones work great
