Condition was better than I expected had I not known it was refurbished, I would have assumed it was new. I've had no issues with it, and even if I had, I would be more likely to look to the line, model, and make and even then nobody has the right to expect Perfection out of anything that was the product of another human. I got the the cell phone to give to a friend of that had broken theirs. before I gave the phone to them I put my Google account on it and tried out the phone the Bluetooth the Wi-Fi the microphone speakers everything worked perfect.Other than it not being in the BoostMobile retail box I couldn't tell that wasn't brand new. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect rating I did not use it on the boost network, that's not my carrier. And if didn't use the generic long term. Which wasn't an issue a person receiving it already had more than one.

I love my new phone. It was in mint condition when received. It was easy to set up and use. It was packed well. It is my third purchase from Back<Market and have been pleased every time. The customer service is great ! Try them I dont think you will be disappointed.

I promptly received my phone is great condition. I love it and it has all the features I wanted. It is the second phone I bought from back<market. The customer service is awesome. Sadly I dropped my phone and smashed the screen so I will be looking again. I only had the phone for about a week.

The phone looks new! It came well packaged, included a charger and a tool to open the sim compartment. It works very well. I was so pleased with it that I ordered another phone for my son.
